Bail out

Congress is going to pass the bailout package soon. What makes angry the most is the reason Paulson gave to oppose the executive pay cap: the bank would choose not to participate! Come on, give me a break! I never heard anything more ridiculous!

Think about it, this is the scneario: the bankers came to Paulson to ask for free money because they felt bankruptcy was imminent. OK, we tax payer say, we can give you the money, but you can't have that high salary anymore because you didn't do a good job to manage the bank in the first place. At this time, the bankers say no no, if that's the case, I would not need your money.Uhh? What? Do they really need the money? I don't think so! Are they lying about the situation in the first place to rob us? YES!

In my opinion, those CEOs should be put into jail and be fined millions for negligence.

Get those CEOs in jail and find some new ones who can really do the job!

Paulson and Bush are using the the last 40 days to scheme the biggest robbery in history in day light! If Americans can't fight this one back, United States will loose its strong hold in the world sooner than we thought!

Options, Stock and Investment

In order to understand the financial crisis, I started reading on the topics about investment. I want to know how those crooks on wall street can wasted all those moneys in one night.

Options, leverages, etc they all seem to be so convoluted. From what I understand, options are simply gambling on stocks. Just like the gambling on sports. Only difference is that there is no one hosting the gambling. I want to sell a call to make a little extra money in case the stock going down, but in the meantime give someone the right to sell my stock in case it shoots high. I don't understand why someone can be so shortsighted.

Synthetic call makes more sense. Buy the stock, then buy a put. Put a upper limit on lost. Just like a insurance.

Vision, Discipline and Passion

A successful person is someone who has a vision, and has the discipline to make the vision come true. Passion is fuel to make everything happen.

I am living a life without any of them. I should be ashamed.

Being a leader is like being a lady. When you have to say you are, you aren't.

Interview Questions

Why do you like our company?

What product do you like most?

What improvement do you have in mind for our products?

Those are all very good questions. It is very important to have your own opinions, no matter if they are right or not. It shows that you have vision and a creative mind.

Another questin I still haven't find out the answer is how the gargage collector decide which object is collectable.

Financial Crisis

The US government is going to spend more tax payer's money to bail out. The whole country is going down the drain faster than anyone could have imagined. I don't know if anyone on the wall street foresee this when they were playing crazy. I believe someone did this on purpose. Those people should be put into jail and tortured to death.
